rhemm heating pump

my air handler runs but my outside unit(heat pump) dont come on

It may have blown the fuses (located in a box near the outside unit) or popped a breaker, good luck, Mike

The rheem units have a manual high pressure reset button located down by the refrigerant lines on the out side unit push it to see if it will reset.(small rubber red button)
