wouldn`t trade one for a high dollar carrier-trane or any other high dollar unit,,,,,as long as its put in right,,,also they have as good or maybe better warranty than a lot of others

not bad as long as the seer rating is high. They are a little noisy.
But if it's installed right they are reliable
