Noma Tstat 52-2570 and blower fan issue

Hi,

I installed the said tstat. Everything more or less works fine but.. When it kicks in the heat the blowerfan comes on immediately for about 10-15 seconds and then shuts off. It seems to be complety independent from the furnace as as soon as it clicks in the furnace still starts the exhaust blower, min later gas and once at temp turns on the fan. Does anyone have any ideas. Everything else works or seems to anyways. I can turn the fan on manual or vent and they work fine. Its not a huge deal but just doesn't seem to make sense. Any thoughts??

Thanks
