No Air Blowing

I have not detail about model, type, ect. My central air and heating unit is coming on at the appointed set degree of thermostat, heat or cool air can be felt at were pad is located, but no air is blowing through-out the house? Any suggestions to check on before call a professional out. Could this be a belt, blower moter, switch, or is there a reset button or some such thing.

Central air and heating unit is turning on but not blowing air through-out the house. What can I check? Belt, Blower motor, switch, reset button?

Got to give us a fewmore clues, gas, oil, electric, heat pump? A heat pump will have an outside unit up on legs.
