I just changed the upper 2 pole limiter on a 10 year old miller electric furnace at my sister in laws house that had a short and was totaly destroyed, Thank god for circuit breakers.Everything seems to be working fine. After heating app. 2 deg. above set temp, the furnace shuts down.About 1-2 minutes after it shuts down the heating elements reheat for app. 15 seconds and shuts back off for 1-2 minutes and then comes back on. Only the elements and not the blower. Is this normal, or does the lower limiter need changed also. I asked my sister in law if she ever noticed this before, And she said that she never noticed because it is in a hall way that is not close to the main living area.Thanks, Roger.
