    Mears home thermostat - repair
Have old "Mears" thermostat. Can never set it to preferred temp, and apt. maintenance won't show up. (In bedroom, - If I set at just 45 degrees F, I'll wake up baking @ about 80 or 90 degrees, & that's freezing nights.

Any help appreciated. (I'm a repair guy, however, never touched a thermostat).
