Lighting Empire wall furnace pilot light
    :o, Please help!
I have accessed the inside of my Empire wall furnace & understand the instructions on the knob relating to startingg the pilot light.

Have lit pilots of water heaters many times.

My question simply is: Where is the place to place the match to get ignition?

It refers to ignition switch also, but see nothing marked as such. Can anyone help me please?

There should be a small aluminum tube going from the gas valve to the pilot. You want to place your match or other flame source at the tip of the pilot area.

Now some units have a push button or twist ignitor. You activate those by following the directions posted on the unit.
