    Installing a new programmable thermostat and going from 7 wire configuration to a 5
    Installing a new programmable thermostat and going from 7 wire configuration to a 5 wire configuration... the old one is a 24VAC heat pump thermostat... the new one is a honeywell RTH230B 5-2 day programmable thermostat. Do I need to get another one or can I use this minus a wire or 2?
