    HVAC system inside blower motor cycling rapidly.
    I have a split hvac system. The problem I have is that the blower motor inside the house cycles on and off rapidly. I had a service tech. come out and look at it, he told me that my unit was too old to replace the resistor. He told me they don't make them anymore. Is this true or is he just trying to sell me a new system?
