Should I install Cold air returns in my finished basement

I have a force air 90 percent furnace

It Wouldn't Hurt To Put One Centralized In The Basement...like In A
Hallway Ceiling Or Some Other Convenient Place. It Wuld Help To Circulate The Air Better

If you are planning to have outlets to heat the basement, you will get better flow if you have returns. The ducts are there, just cut a hole and put in a grill.
