Just disconnect the wires from the furnace to the blower and wire those to a cord and plug in. This eliminates the furnace from the circuit and just lets the blower run all the time. Actually if you are knowledgeable about wiring you could use the voltage supply going to the furnace to power the blower OR is you have a fan and limit control with a button or slide switch you can activate the blower with that switch and it will run all the time also.
