Hi, I have a Rheem model RXQJ-A10J Heatpump/AC unit. I can't seem to find this model anywhere online. I'm pretty sure the compressor motor is starting to go bad, but I can't find parts. The unit starts up and the exhaust fan on top runs fine, but the other motor makes a loud buzzing noise...

I am trying to replace the thermostat for my heat pump the one I've got seems to be running the emergency heat only. All wires were connected as they were in the old one. Is regular heat and emergency heat considered multi-stage? If so, I need another thermostat.... Please advise.
