checking capacitors
can you get shocked by a capacitor even though the power is off to unit? What measures should you take from getting shocked? tks

Touch the 2 leads together will dischare a Capacitor, don't get between the 2 leads, stay insulated/isolated.

Short across the capacitor terminals with a screw driver. Naturally turn power off first.
