Furnace will not fire

I have a comfortmaker GNJ075n12a1 80% furnace installed in 96 the igniter come on and the blower comes on and the system cycles a couple of times before the control locksout on during this time the gas valve is not energizing to fire the furnace if you shut the system down for a couple of minutes and turn it back on it will work for approx 4-5 hours then the problem starts all over again I had the furnace company come out and they could not find a problem. Is this an issue that I need to replace the controller or the gas valve.

I would start by looking at pressure switch's and limits first. These parts cause many more nuisance lock outs than boards or valves.
