Furnace Fan Timer

I moved into a house with an Amana furnace which is wired with and external Timer (Grasslin Mil 72a) in order to operate the fan/blower for 15 minutes every hour. This was not working correctly so i have got the timer to function properly, fan turns on and off when it is supposed to but the timer does not move like it has no electricity going to it. this timer has two diodes labeled input but i am not sure if there are supposed to be power wires in there or not. this is a 24 Volt system and i am not too familiar with this kind of stuff.

thanks
