My furnace blowing cold air.

Asked Oct 28, 2012, 09:26 AM — 2 Answers
My weathermaker 8000 will light for a few minutes, then the flames go out and it will blow cold air. If I don't catch it, the temp in the house drops, triggering the thermostat which makes the furnace stay on, but still just blowing cold air. Is there something I can do my self to fix this, or is it best to call a serviceman?
I am on a tight budget, I would like to do it myself, if possible.
