First Time post...I just found the site and it look like I can spend a lot of time here.

I have a Tempstar furnace that I hope I never have to replace. I have spent a lot of time with IT and know it so oh so well.


Heat Mode:

1) Blower on the ON position Everythink works fine

2) Blower on the AUTO position, control module OK, Exhaust fan comes on, Ingnitor come on, Gas on, blue flame, after 2 minutes no blower. Furnace off.



Air Con Mode:

1) Blower on the On Position, everything works fine.
2) Blower in the AUTO position, everything works fine.


I just replaced the control module. Found the low side trans volage to be wrong. So the tech who intially replaced it set it up incorrectly. Thus the reason I was buring up Ignightors. Not picking all Tech's ....just this one.

I'm thinking that it is either and internal thermostat (Small disk ? ) or there must be a switch or relay of some kind.

Any thoughts and where to locate would be most helpful.


On another note, I was told to just leave the fan on all the time. I looked at the FAQ for that question and they have the wrong post for that FAQ question.
