Floor furnace

I have a floor furnace that worked last year and I lit it this year and it worked one day and would not come back on. What is the goning on with it now?

is the pilot still burning?,,,,,when you re-light,does it stay burning?when you raise the temp on stat,does the gas valve open for gas to come out?,,,,,tell us more on what you`ve tried

We need more info. some of the older systems used millivolts to open the gas valve using a thermopile(pilot generator) to generate the DC voltage. you can jumper the two wires together at the thermostat to see if the thermostat is the cause.
