Fan runs all the time

I have a Day & Night Plus 80 model 395CAV 1992 vintage. I had some work done on the propane line coming into the house and forgot to turn on the gas before starting up the heater. I was also having problems with the thermostat losing the temperature setting at the same time. The heater did start up with burners on for a few seconds but turned off shortly afterwards. I turned on the gas and tried it again and now the fan runs all the time even with the thermostat disconnected. I ran the self test on the circuit board and it seems everything is working, but when I turn on the 110v circuit the fan starts up and doesn't stop even with the thermostat completely disconnected. The circuit board fuse did not blow. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Locked out on safety due to no ignition. Fan will blow all the time due to sensor/control.
