Electric Heat-Pump-No heat

I had a wall-mounted unit installed in a room in may of this summer. In the middle of the night the heat shut off and has not come back on since.

It is an Amana, electric heat with heat pump unit. The cooling works, the heating setting does not blow air at all. When I remove the cover it says that there is an electric heater manual reset in the interior of the unit. I would like to confirm this prior to dismantling, or if there are any other solutions.

Diagnostic failure check tells me nothing (--, it is an LED panel)

I was thinking that it was possible in the middle of the night it became cold enough for it to trigger some protection feature, but I was thinking that was more for cooling, not heating.

PTC039B35AM is model number.

Thank you in advance.
