Which thermostats are better Honeywell digital or White Rodgers digital and reasons why. Both are to be programmable.

Both are equally good and these two brands are the top of the line as far as service people are concerned. There are many other brands that also work well but the two you mentioned are less trouble. It is impossible to give you a side by side comparison since each brand has over 15 to 20 different thermostats available. You will have to compare apples to apples yourself.
