Delco Heat Boiler No Pressure

Hello,
I just purchased an old house that has a DelcoHeat Boiler, 3 out of the 6 radiators had some heat at the bottom of the radiators. In an attampt to improve the heat in thos I tried to bleed them and release the air. I did that and all that came out was air and no water. Now I dont get anything at all no heat. I figure I need to add water to the system but not sure how to do that. All the water connections to the unit seem to be open. Any ideas would be appreciated.
