coleman central air unit

Ill try and make this as simple as possible;
I have a coleman central air unit that came with my trailor, it works along with the furnace inside. A few days ago, it began to freeze up, so I cleaned the coils, actually, everything I could get my hands on, I cleaned. Still, everytime the ac kicked on, it would eventually freeze up again. Also, when it would kick on, the air was not very cold. Yesterday, it quit working all together. No fan turning, no sounds, nothing. I kicked the breaker for a couple of hours because someone told me that it might reset itself, but nothing happened.
So now I'm wondering what to do. I was told to replace the blower motor, but would a bad blower motor keep everything from working. Its as if there is no power to any of it. Even the outside unit doesnt do anything. Please respond asap, as we are miserable.

Check the fuses and circuit breakers. Next the unit could be short on refrigerant and might need professional service.
