carrier hsp gas valve/igniter control

Please help!!!!!
I have a carrier gas pack with a hsp valve/ignitor and after going through the ignition procedure i get nothing. I have replaced the inducer board and the inducer fan does work, however that is the only thing that appears to work.
BEFORE spending another 150 bucks on the hsp module(for which i do have the wiring diagram for), i was wanting to do a diagnostic on the unit. Could someone give me locations to the module to check for voltages(2-THS,1-PV,3-MV,4-SENSE,5-ground)
I do not hear the igniter click but did check continuity.
I do not hear or smell gas.

Could someone give me a direction to go in besides buying parts I may not need.

Thanks

I would take a good look at the gas valve. Perhaps even hold a strip of paper in front of the jet, and if it doesn't move, you aren't getting any gas.

pilot not initiating

I looked at the gas valve and this is all i could comeup with
and it does have a flame sensor

I have a carrier(580ANW030080AAAF) gas pack with the(johnson contols-LH33CZ007) hsp gas valve/ ignition control
I have replaced the inducer board and the inducer fan runs at start up, but the pilot does not ignite. I checked voltage and found no votage at the hsp controller module. The voltage stopped at the igniter diaphram(i guess you would call it that). I then jumped across the diaphram. I then got the voltage at the hsp controller module. This made the igniter start clicking and voltage was also found at the gas valve. BUT still the pilot did not light. Will this diapham(with the plastic tubing going out the back) stop the gas valve from operating even with voltage at the gas valve and the igniter clicking? This is the extent of my diagnostics until I know the sequence of the ignition p

For the flame sensor to come into play wouldn't the pilot atleast have to light
and diaphram function. I will try any tricks offerred.

(will system work with diaphram NOT working but bypassed to power ignitor and gas valve or does it prevent gas valve; or could it be BOTH the gas valve solenoid and diapram) It does not make any sense that BOTH would go bad at same time does it?
Thanks
