Carrier a/c unit inside air handler coming on
I have a 11 year old top of the line at the time Carrier a/c heat pump and matching air handler. Last week the inside air handler started coming on for about 3 minutes and then shuts off. The outside unit never came on. My t- stat settings are such that the unit shouldn't be coming on period. Is the air handler just removing humidity or something? Thanks for your help
