A/C wont go below 72

i have a TRANE TCONT800 Series Touch Screen
Programmable Comfort Control that hase the A/C locked so that i cannot set it below 72. is the a way to overide this?

i do have one but i cannot locate how to change this. i can unlock the screen and etc. but i still cannot undo the contractors setting

you need the instal manual you can find one at honeywell.com
you will need to change the settings and it has instructions in the install maunal to do so.
