A/C running but not cooling

My A/C fan is blowing but not cool air come out, I can feel the air blow out as normal. here is what I have checked - 1)outside unit has power, the fan is running, the air blow out is NOT warm, the two pipe out of the unit going to the room is regular tempture. 2)inside unit has power, the drainning water tray is empty, the drainning pipe going outside is working, I tested with pour in water, and I saw water came out of the outside house. the two pipe are same tempture, it does look like work at all. the filter is new.

What that could be? do I need call for service? many thanks

Sounds like the compressor in the outside unit is not working. It could be a burnt wire or a frelay or capacitor if so equiped.

If you do not have the test equipment or tools and the knowledge in how to use them then you better call for on site service.

The burnt wiring or defective capacitor will be in the service compartment behind the access door.
