    Burners do not ignite
    My gas furnace pilot light will not ignite the burners. Can you help?

    We'll need a lot more information that that. What brand and model number, to start with. There can be a number of problems. The ignitor may be "open". The gas valve may be stuck shut or possibly isn't getting an electric signal to open. Etc.

    Are there instructions for lighting the pilot? If so, have you followed them?
