Warm air blows when furnace is on, cold air does not blow through vent when A/C runs

When the furnace (forced air gas) is on, warm air blows from all the vents. When the central air conditioner is on in the summer, the vent in one of the bedrooms does not blow cool air. Why?

Hey everybody, Sorry if this has been answered before, but I scanned the forums (admittedly only the first couple of pages) and didn't really find any questions like mine. I have a Bryant 373LAV w/ horizontal blower that doesn't work. When I turn on heat with the fan in auto nothing happens....
