    Broken radiator thermostat
    I am trying to remove a central heating radiator but the themostatic valve has broken how can I remove it

    More info needed. There are 50 different kinds of valves at minimum and it would be nice to have a picture of what you are doing so you can get the best advice. Naturally in almost all cases a big hammer or a hacksaw always works but it is possible to cause other damage with such crude tools.
