blower kicks on and the pilot goes out

Hello all!! I have a Trane XE 60 Gas Furnace. I have replaced the Thermocouple and have gotten the pilot lit. The gas will come on and the flame will warm the heater unit??. When the blower motor comes on, it blows out the pilot light and it won't re-light. Any Help!!! Please!!! Thank you

This can be caused by a pilot that is dirty or needs adjustment or it could be the air adjustment to the burners. If the air adjustment is not right it can cause a back pressure out the front of the furnace therefore blowing out the pilot as it does.

The supply air blower and pilot light are on opposite sides of the heat excanger. If you are getting air from the blower at the pilot light, check the heat excanger. A leaking heat excanger musdt be repaired or replaced before using the furnace.
