Auxiliary drain pan

The primary drain line is clogged, which caused water to over flow into the auxiliary drain pan. After blowing out the primary drain line, how do you remove the water from the auxiliary drain pan?

most auxiliary drain pans have a fitting so you can run a plastic drain off of it ,kinda defeats the purpose, one covering for the other if you still have to keep a watchful eye open for a second spillover
