Automatic pilot does not light

I have a carrier furnace (model 394G048125) with automatic pilot. The thermostat requests heat, the blower turns on, and that's it. It appears gas is going to the pilot light but not igniting. The blower then blows the unburnt pilot gas throughout the house as the blower stays on. I measured 24 vac going to the ignitor module. Hopefully someone out there can shed some light on my furnace problem. Thanks.

Is your pilot a 3 wire pilot.
