    Air conditioner compressor not running.

    Its hard to say. You may have a bad run capacitor or start capacitor or just a burnt wire on the contactor or compressor. TURN MAIN POWER OFF going to the A/C unit and remove the cover. Take a look for burnt wires or for capacitors that are bulging or leaking oil.
