air condition

getting condensation in one duct my unit is a heat pump an the water is dripping on the floor i have a split level house. the duct is in the celling. thanks

Make sure the drain line is clear allowing the condensate to flow out.

If the area of duct condensation has a higher humidity level or is not insulated properly that can also cause the condensation to form in that area..
