    AC problems with air flow
The AC unit is a heat pump with propane heat. The make is a Trane heat pump. This year I turned on the AC unit and no air is blowing out of the vents. Cleaned the filter, checked the composer out side and every thing is running. The downstairs is colded but the upstairs is hot about 85 decrees. What do you think is the problem?

Is the blower running on the furnace? Is there a damper in the ductwork anywhere?

The red blinking light is a code, somewhere on the blower door there will be a sticker telling you what that code means. You may have a bad blower. Does the blower continue to run? Or does it eventually shut off?
