Left ear hearing loss

I am 35 year old lady . I was suffering from Urine Infection, so doctor suggested me ssome antibiotic, so after taking that antibiotic within 3 days I had my left ear hearing loss problem. I showed to ENT specialist ,but he told its a nerve weakness, can you please tell me how can I get my hearing back. Only left ear.
