Itchy Inner Ear and Throat

You know how your throat will itch way inside to the upper right or left, and you can't itch it? Well, that's what mine is doing, along with the constant itching of my inner ear. I can't reach the itch and it's driving me crazy! It's been going on for 2 days now. I also can feel my inner ear kinds of like spasm sometimes (I think from the itchy sensation). What is up with this? It doesn't hurt, and I don't have a lack of hearing at all.

In addition to my last post, I just wanted to say if I do not make sure I purchase my Claritin on a regular basis, I usually end up getting a sinus infection. 'Also, I usually end up run down and often bed ridden for several days. Even when I manage to move around again, I will not feel back to myself until I spend money on Augmentin 1000 mg. to get rid of the sinus infection that I usually obtain from not taking my Clartin like I am suppose to. In the end, I end up having to spend my on another bottle of Claritin as well as a $30.00 on Augmentin just to pull my self together again.
