Is such a thing as a ear recovery from a a loud explosion? Thanks for any reply. THank goodness I still can read.. Paul

We can't tell you the answer to that. You need to be checked by your doctor who will probably send you to a hearing specialist. The sooner you deal with this, the better the result will be.
