how do i start my own personal health insurance company. including licenses and or authorizations, funding, training, etc. i am currently finishing my 2nd year in an executive track jd and am interested in starting a company that can start out small providing health care insurance at a more reasonable rate. i am starting on a shoe string budget with no current "in depth" knowledge of the insurance business so a step by step overview/guidance with alternative options for financing, start-up, licenses would greatly help me. thank you in advance.
