    No health insurance
    How do I go about getting medical care that would involve maybe a MRI if I have no insurance and cannot afford such care?

    Have you asked about County or State health care programs or contacted an agency? I know that the Cancer Society pays for cancer testing for people who hae low incomes.

    Your Physician should have access to this information.
