i live in Arkansas. my 17 year old daughter was court ordered into a residential facility last year. i was told by her probation officer that she was covered under medicaid. she incurred a bill while she was in juvenile detention that medicaid refuses to pay because they say at the time she was in detention she was not covered. i am being sued by the hospital now for more than $3000 dollars. i have 30 days to respond to their summons. i want to know what i can do about this.
