Health Insurance and day care service

I'm looking for health insurance to benefit my family needs, such as elderly insurance that I could cover on the job and a business that offers child care as part of the job service.

If so, this is called long term care insurance Health insurnace are you wanting group insurance for several employees at a day care center ? Or are you also wanting worker comp insurance for employees at the day care.
