Physics involved in being a dermatologist?

Is it necessary to take physics in high school if I want to go into dermatology?
I'm currently taking grade 11 university physics and math is also my weakest subject
(I recieved a 70% in grade 10 academic math)
I'm really worried about my marks because i'm not passing so far in the course..

I know it's more chemistry and biology related but I am really curious to know whether if physics is really needed.
