Assuming you wish to be paid though state funding, medicare and/or medicaid, you will have to set up and be certified.

* what expereince in home care do you have. have many years working for a company do you have, have you worked as a manager for a company like this before.

Do you plan on doing only home health aids, or CNA and LP or even RN's for inhome care also.
