I have a job interview and my last job i was fired do to the said i violated a hippa law becasue i scheduled a friends appointment that was not our patient. I made her appointment in imaging and i did not give any codes or anything dx codes i just gave them her name and she was on the other line with me when i scheduled the appointment. I then got her appointment and called her primary Dr and told them that she was going to a diffrent place and that they needed to fax over her Diagnose codes and they did and that was that.

So how do i explain that in a interview for another clinic? please help me
