    I Did The Salt And Ice Challenge And I Have Bruces On My Arm How Do I Get Rid Of Them
    I have red marks on my arm I have an ice cube mark on it what should I do to make it heal

    You don't... you did something stupid.. now you are branded. You might get lucky and they eventually go away... or maybe they won't and you have them forever.
