that would be crohns desease (spelling?)

If he was throwing up blood, it may be an ulcer.

Go to the hospital if he is throwing up blood, bleeding from the stomach to such a large degree can be dangerous. Crohns Is more intestinal than stomach.

hello! Not trying to be mean, but the disease is called Crohn's disease. The reason I know is because I've lived with it since the age of 11. I'm now 26. The symptoms of Crohn's Disease can be very bad. You will bleed from you're bowels, throw up (usually get very sick after eating), feel very fatigue. There isn't enough help out there for people like me who have this crippling disease. All you can do is live one day at a time. Don't ever give up, because there are medicines that can help. You're boyfriend needs to see a Gastrointerologist (specializes in stomach problems). They will do a colonoscopy and beable to tell whether or not he has it or run other tests as well. If you ever want to ask me a question, feel free, hes' gotta know he's not alone...............................
