How do I reset my mp4 player

How do I reset my mp4 player; it comes on and songs will play but nothing shows on the screen.

There shoud be a small pinhole somewhere on your player, look for that and use a small paper clip and push in for 2 or 3 secs. If no pinhole anywhere, is the warranty still good?

My mp4 player is frozen on the hourglass screen and won't move from that. There is no reset button. Do you know how to fix it?

Remove the battery, wait a few seconds and replace battery

Should fix that

Okay, My mp4, every time I put headphones in it its just Static... But without headphones, Its okay.... What will fix that?

My mp4 majestic 174t worked well. Then I went in "touch screen check" to calibrate touch screen, and now the screen doesn't work... I can do nothing!
I pushed the reset, but nothing happened. How can restore original system settings?

Let the unit run down till out or power and then remove the battery for an hour or so and then put battery back in and hit the reset button again to see if that will help
