what hairstyle should i have?

hey i need to cut my hair about 5-10 cm shorter because of split ends but im not really sure what hair styles would suite me & be easy to train my hair to.. plus i have a round sort of face so i dont want to look chubbier then i am lol. http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...ageID=43406286 thats a photo of me, id like to know what hairstyles may suite me
